INGREDIENTS
250 grams
of flour, 400 ml of milk, 30 grams of
butter, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1
teaspoon of baking powder for desserts
and salt.
PREPARATION
Sift the
flour into a bowl, add a pinch of salt,
a teaspoon of sugar and one of baking powder.
In another
bowl, mix the eggs, milk and melted butter in a double boiler. Mix quickly the two compounds.
COOKING
Butter a
nonstick pan, pour a spoon of compound rolling the pan to distribute it well
and cook on both sides. Repeat the process until the depletion of all
ingredients.
In the
tradition the American pancakes are
garnish with maple syrup, but you can try them according to your taste with
chocolate, honey, melted butter or as you wish.
